Andre Watson is a nationally accredited certified personal trainer who specializes in weight loss, functional exercise, special populations and strength/toning. In addition to his Personal Trainer certification he has certificates in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Kettlebell instruction and he is a certified Weight Management Specialist. His began his training career in Athletic and Agility training with high school athletes and progressed up to training professional football players. After diversifying into 1 on 1 functional and strength training he implemented the Confused Muscle theory with the goal to challenge clients muscles in as many ways as possible. Using his expertise in building clients a personalized exercise regimen and putting together a nutritional plan he consistently guides members to their health and fitness goals.
