Personal Training

In the personal training program at Ground Control, you will work one-on-one with a trainer who will develop a custom-built program with your goals in mind.  Our certified personal trainers will tailor an individual program specifically for you and guide you towards the health and fitness results that you wish to achieve. Whether you want to lose weight and keep it off, build lean muscle, or just look and feel better, your personal trainer will take the guesswork out of how to get there.

Personal training involves everything from dumbbells, kettle bells, tires, medicine balls, and much more.

What to Expect on the First Day:

The first time you come to Ground Control Columbia our staff will welcome you and we will inform the personal trainer that you are here.  Please arrive 15 minutes before your session so you will have enough time to prepare for your session.  Your training session will start on time.
