Brian Henderson has been training in Martial Arts for more than 20 years. He started boxing when he was 7 years old at Laurel Boys and Girls Club under coach Robert Crawford.
At age 15, he began sparing and helping fighters prepare for competition. He continued on with boxing attaining a remarkable record of 34 and 7 in amateur Boxing.
At the age of 18, he discovered Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts. He began training in Jiu-Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, and Muay Thai. When he began competing, his devotion to the striking arts earned him an amateur Kickboxing record of 8 and 2.
At Ground Control he currently teaches Adult Boxing and Kickboxing as well as Kids Striking.
